Touhou 11: Subterranean Animism
Yeah, it's Touhou time agian! Zun has announced Subterranean Animism, which is chapter 11 for those keeping score. Mechanics seem to be based on Mountain of Faith again.....the demo is scheduled to be sold at the Hakurei Shrine Reitaisai gathering on May 25th.

Glad to see the random name generator is still in working condition. It looks like there are some interesting new features. One that grabs my attention is some way of increasing the max power level. Oh, and I'm glad to see the graze meter is back.
I forgot to mention the crazy name again.....you're right, I wonder where Zun comes up with these things....
Maybe it has something to do with his fondness for alcohol ;)
I dunno, the names seem to fit the themes of the games. Maybe he's just relying on babelfish, which provides the insanity in english?

Speaking of titles, I think many of the topical Castlevania installments follow a similar nomenclature. For instance, Harmony of Dissonance? Aria of Sorrow? Ha, I'm still waiting for Cacophony of Happiness.
Now if only he found someone to publish it Stateside...
